1. General Overview
Welcome to KREE. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the site or purchase our baby and mother care products.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Our primary and preferred payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD). If you wish to prepay for your order or send a gift, you may pay via manual bKash by contacting our support team through WhatsApp. We reserve the right to modify product prices without prior notice.
3. Shipping, Delivery & Refusals
We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. Customers are required to inspect packages in front of the delivery personnel. If an order is refused at the doorstep for personal reasons (and the product is undamaged), the customer is legally obligated to cover the delivery courier charges.
4. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to device screen variations, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, including the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) guidelines. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
