1. Mandatory Delivery Inspection
We strictly advise all customers to check their products in front of the delivery personnel. Please inspect the item thoroughly. Do not tear off any product tags or warning stickers until you are completely satisfied with the product. We will not accept returns for physical damage, broken items, or missing parts once the delivery person has left your premises.
2. Refusing Delivery
If you inspect the product upon delivery and decide you do not want to keep it (even if the product is in perfect condition), you are permitted to return it instantly. However, you must pay the delivery charge to the delivery person. If the product arrives broken or damaged during transit (our fault), you can return it instantly without paying any delivery charge.
3. Post-Delivery Issues
Once the delivery person has left, return requests are only accepted for internal or functional defects (e.g., electronic items not working). Because these are baby and mother essentials, hygiene is our top priority. We cannot accept returns for broken, visibly used, or tag-less products after the delivery is complete.
4. Refunds Timeline
Once your valid return is received and inspected by our team, refunds will be processed via bKash or your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the funds to be successfully transferred.
